At Whiskerz, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so your furry friends can enjoy their new goodies sooner.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.
Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, or because of unexpected carrier delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Whiskerz, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so our team can review the issue and provide a solution.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
